This "Cold Fashioned" has been crafted by legendary bartender Charles Joly, a signature twist on the venerable classic. Bourbon is the foundation, with this limited edition bottling built from 7 hand-picked barrels courtesy of Traverse City Whiskey Co's well-aged stock. When it came time to source the coffee, they chose one of the best in the business... no roaster is more meticulous, conscientious and creative than the crew at Chicago's Dark Matter Coffee. The bitters are a custom creation, specially made for this whiskey coffee cocktail - a blend of citrus peel, baking spices, and cacao sourced from Sleep Walk Chocolateria, binding everything together seamlessly.
Featuring a spicy nose with hints of clove, cedar, and cumin over a base of warm oak. Cool on the palate, transitioning to a full rounded body with sweetness accentuated by hints of citrus, and finishing with walnut notes.
