The Corte Adami winery, established in 2004 by Angelo and Andrea Adami, represents a fusion of traditional roots and modern elegance. The Adami family has a long history in viticulture, having supplied grapes for generations before deciding to produce their own high-quality wines from their ancestral vineyards in Valpolicella and Soave. Their philosophy is centered on emphasizing quality, respect for nature, and showcasing the territoriality and originality of local grapes.
Wine Description
The Corte Adami Spumante Brut Rose presents in all its beauty with an intense 'rosè' colour and a fine, continuous perlage. The wine is crafted from 100% Corvina grapes, which is known as 'croina' in the local dialect. On the nose, it is elegant and delicate, offering hints of raspberries, blueberries, and roses. The palate has a good balance between alcohol content and residual sugar, with a pleasant freshness and a long persistence.
Food Pairing
This Spumante Brut Rose is highly versatile in its food pairings. It is an excellent match for various dishes, including fish starters and fish soups, well-seasoned soups and pasta, and white meat in a casserole.
