This bold Red took home 90 points and a Gold medal at the 2018 Monterey International Wine Competition and a Silver medal and 89 points at the 2018 New World International Wine Competition! The first thing you’ll notice about the winemakers at Color Wash is that they don’t like to hide anything about their wines. Even from the label, minimal and only displaying flavor notes on the back, they present the wines clearly for all the world to see. The only thing that they care about is the great taste of a well-made wine. The Color Wash Red takes the best grapes from the state of California to make a wine that is perfect for pairing with meats. The firm, robust tannins can support rich flavors, and our experts especially love the dark fruit flavors alongside a pan sauce. This is a wine that can’t be missed.
