Origin and Producer
This coffee comes from Caldas, one of Colombia’s historic coffee-growing departments.
It is produced by members of the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Anserma, a cooperative supporting coffee-growing families throughout the region. The lot consists of Castillo and Cenicafé 1, two varieties known for their sweetness, structure, and reliable cup quality.
Swiss Water Decaffeination
The Swiss Water Process removes caffeine without using added chemical solvents. The green coffee is carefully decaffeinated while preserving the sweetness and flavor characteristics developed at origin.
