Colina Colada began as a love story. Don Colina created this rich spirit for his own wedding, serving it to guests as a toast to the first kiss he shared with his bride. The recipe has been passed down through the family for generations, and today it is still made the same way: Caribbean rum blended with fresh dairy cream, cinnamon, lemon, and a few natural spices.
The result is a smooth Colina “Ron Con Horchata” with plenty of cinnamon and a light, creamy sweetness that never gets cloying, plus a soft hint of lemon and banana. The Caribbean rum keeps it lively at 14.5% ABV. Pour it over ice on its own, or add it to your favorite cocktails and mixed shots for a creamy, spiced twist.
