Coconut Cloud Original is a dairy-free powdered coconut creamer that dissolves in hot water to make a smooth, lightly sweet coconut milk for coffee and recipes, with no added sugars and vegan ingredients.
If you want a simple, shelf-stable creamer that keeps your coffee dairy-free without added sugars, Coconut Cloud delivers a clean coconut flavor made from premium coconut milk powder. This 16 oz jar is designed to reconstitute quickly into a creamy liquid creamer or coconut milk, so you can customize texture and richness by adjusting water. It’s ideal for people avoiding dairy, following plant-based diets, or anyone who likes the convenience of a powdered creamer that also doubles as an ingredient for cooking and baking.
How do I use Coconut Cloud in my morning coffee?
Measure the powder and mix with hot water to reach your preferred creaminess, then stir directly into coffee. The powder dissolves smoothly and can be used hot or cold when pre-mixed and chilled.
- Start with 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz coffee and adjust to taste.
- For a richer creamer, use 1 tablespoon powder plus 2 tablespoons hot water.
- Stir thoroughly or shake in a sealed container for iced coffee.
- No added sugars means you can sweeten separately or keep it unsweetened.
Can I use this product in recipes instead of canned coconut milk?
Yes — reconstitute Coconut Cloud with hot water to match the consistency you need, from light coconut milk to a thicker substitute for recipes. It’s a practical pantry option that reduces waste compared with bulky cans.
- For light coconut milk: mix 1 part powder with 3–4 parts hot water.
- For cooking or baking: use 1 part powder with 2 parts hot water for creamier results.
- Great in curries, soups, smoothies, and dairy-free sauces.
- Use measured reconstitution for consistent recipe outcomes.
