Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir
This light-bodied red from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on clay-rich, north-facing slopes. It’s elegant, silky and fruit-driven, with fine tannins and balanced acidity. Aged for 11 months in French oak, it reflects Cloudy Bay’s refined winemaking style.
Founded in 1985, Cloudy Bay is one of New Zealand’s most iconic producers. Grapes are sourced from key blocks including Mustang, Delta and Barracks vineyards. Fermentation takes place in open-top vessels with wild yeast, and whole bunches are included to build structure.
- Aromas of strawberry, cherry, chocolate and oak.
- Silky palate with ripe fruit and balanced acidity.
- Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir finishes smooth, elegant and finely textured.
Pairs well with duck, lamb, roasted vegetables and chargrilled dishes.
