Distilled in the heart of the Square Mile, this delightfully vibrant gin is inspired by the citrus fruits that would have descended down the river Thames from distant lands as the British Empire flourished. And, as the popular rhyme goes, “Oranges and lemons, say the bells of St Clements,” today you can still hear the bells at St. Clement Danes in City of Westminster, London, imitating the tune. Six Bells Lemon has a classic gin base with citrus notes enhanced using vapour distillation to make the citrus notes sing. This gin is citrus forward with a traditional London Gin botanical base and is complex yet bright, making for delicious G&T’s as well as being exceptionally versatile in cocktails.
