Deep Chocolate with Warm Spice đŤâ¨
Formerly known as Spiced Cocoa Bitters, our Chocolate Bitters are a true labor of love. Made with cacao nibs that are naturally grown, fermented, dried, before being roasted to perfection by New Orleans chocolatier Piety & Desire, these bitters deliver intense chocolate flavor layered with oaky whiskey notes, a clean bitter finish, and a gentle lift of cayenne pepper. Rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying, they bring luxurious depth to anything you mix.
How to Mix:
These bitters shine with bourbon, rye, and aged rum, where the chocolate and spice play beautifully with warm woodsy spirits. They are fantastic in tiki inspired drinks, Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, and any milk punch that deserves a decadent edge. Add a few drops to coffee or hot cocoa for an instant upgrade. Chocolate Bitters add dimension to spirit free recipes too, offering serious flavor without sweetness.
Why You Will Love It:
⢠Made with cocoa nibs from local chocolatier Piety & Desire
⢠Rich chocolate flavor with gentle spice

Are these bitters spicy?
The cayenne is subtle. It adds warmth and balance, not heat. The flavor leans chocolate first, spice second.
Can I use Chocolate Bitters in non alcoholic drinks?
Yes. A few drops transform coffee, hot chocolate, iced mocha, teas, or sparkling water into something layered and special. They add richness without adding sugar.
What makes these bitters different from chocolate bitters on the market?
They are made with cacao sourced and roasted in New Orleans by local chocolatier Piety and Desire. The process preserves deep chocolate notes and pairs them with cayenne, oak, and a clean bitter finish for a more complex, craft driven flavor.
