Cheeky Cocktails Honey Syrup is a ready-to-use, bar-quality 2:1 wildflower honey syrup that brings warm, complex sweetness to cocktails and mocktails.
Made from Grade A wildflower honey blended into a 2:1 honey-to-water ratio, this 16 fl oz bottle is formulated to dissolve easily in both shaken and stirred drinks. It provides more aromatic depth and mouthfeel than plain simple syrup, making it a preferred sweetener for bartenders and home mixologists who want consistent texture and flavor without heating or straining raw honey.
How does this honey syrup change the flavor of classic cocktails?
Because it’s made from real wildflower honey at a concentrated 2:1 ratio, Cheeky’s syrup preserves the honey’s floral and toasted notes while blending smoothly into spirits. It adds a rounded sweetness and a subtle viscosity that lifts citrus, botanical, and oak-forward ingredients without overpowering them.
- Enhances bourbon and rye cocktails with warm, caramel-like depth
- Brightens gin and citrus drinks with floral undertones
- Adds body and flavor to tequila and rum-based recipes
- Dissolves cleanly for even sweetness in shaken and stirred preparations
What cocktails and recipes use Cheeky Honey Syrup?
