The Siozard family has cultivated vines along the Dordogne River since the late nineteenth century. Directly opposite the hallowed grounds of Saint-Émilion lies their Entre-Deux-Mers estate. Terroir dictates the narrative here. Certified sustainable, the winery operates with precise environmental stewardship. This particular Bordeaux Blanc seamlessly marries Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Sauvignon Gris, and Muscadelle into a highly intentional blend that prioritizes vineyard health and soil vitality over massive yields.
Nervous energy defines this vintage. Rather than resting heavily on the palate, this meticulously crafted liquid snaps with electric tension and a distinct calciferous grip that demands attention. There is no masking oak present; the pristine fruit translates directly from chalky loam to glass. This stands as a resolute testament to classic white Bordeaux architecture.
- Cultivated by the Siozard family in Entre-Deux-Mers
