The nose opens with layered aromas of crisp apple, ripe peach, lemon zest, and subtle floral notes, interwoven with undertones of vanilla, baking spice, and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate, it is medium bodied with a creamy texture and vibrant acidity, revealing flavours of stone fruit, green apple, and hints of honey and hazelnut.
Food Pairing
