Cellini Caffè Decaffeinato is a medium‑roast, naturally decaffeinated coffee blend delivered in 30 recyclable aluminum capsules compatible with Nespresso Original Line machines.
Enjoy a smooth, aromatic espresso experience without the caffeine. This Decaffeinato mix pairs carefully selected Arabica with a touch of Robusta for balance and roasted notes, all roasted and packed in Italy by Cellini, a family roastery operating since 1946. The capsules are made from aluminum for freshness and recyclability and are designed for use with Nespresso Original Line machines (not compatible with Vertuo).
How does the flavor profile compare to regular medium roasts?
The Cellini Decaffeinato delivers a medium intensity cup with pronounced roasted aromas, a rounded body, and subtle bittersweet notes typical of a balanced medium roast. Decaffeination preserves much of the original scent and taste, giving you the coffee character without caffeine's kick.
- Medium intensity for everyday drinking
- Blend of fine Arabica and selected Robusta for structure
- Roasted notes and aromatic depth retained after decaffeination
- Suitable for espresso and lungo extractions
Is it compatible with my Nespresso machine and how do I use the capsules?
These aluminum capsules are made to fit all Nespresso Original Line machines (the compact 19bar models and larger Original Line devices). They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo machines, which use different head recognition and capsule formats.
- Use with Original Line: drop in, close head, and brew as usual
- Works with manual and automatic volume settings (espresso/ristretto/ lungo)
- Not for Vertuo; do not force into incompatible machines
- Aluminum capsule preserves freshness until extraction
How sustainable are the capsules and packaging?
Cellini uses aluminum capsules that provide a strong barrier to oxygen and light, helping preserve coffee flavor. Aluminum is widely recyclable; check local recycling rules for aluminum coffee capsule processing or Cellini’s guidance for proper collection and recycling programs.
- 100% recyclable aluminum capsules
- Sealed to maintain freshness and aroma
- Packaging sourced and roasted in Italy to reduce unnecessary transport stages
- Follow local recycling instructions for capsule disposal
What does the 60-day guarantee cover and how do returns work?
Cellini offers a 60-day satisfaction policy so you can try the capsules with little risk. If the product fails to meet expectations, contact customer support within the guarantee window to arrange a return or refund per the seller’s terms.
- 60‑day hassle‑free return window
- Contact seller or Cellini customer service to start a return
- Save original packaging and purchase proof to streamline the process
- Refunds processed according to merchant policy after return receipt
