Cask-Strength BC Rye Whisky crafted from 100% Canadian grain🍁
This luxurious cask strength expression starts its life in North Okanagan fields boasting 51% Coldstream Valley Rye perfectly complemented by 49% chocolate-malted barley.
Carefully fermented and distilled on-site in our state-of-the-art copper-pot stills, this Canadian Rye whisky is aged 9 years in richly toasted and charred, virgin white oak casks.
Toasted oak, rich chocolate and candied fig on the nose, followed by decadent layers of rich caramel, plum and sticky toffee pudding on the palate. This unapologetically authentic Canadian Rye whisky captures the bold flavour profile that only cask strength expressions can truly achieve.
