Wine Description
The Rosso Toscana 2023 pours a vivid ruby red. On the nose, it reveals vibrant notes of ripe cherries, wild strawberries, and hints of rose petal, underpinned by subtle earthy undertones. The palate is lively and medium-bodied, offering flavours of juicy red berries, delicate spice, and a touch of mineral. Silky tannins and fresh acidity give the wine structure and elegance, leading to a graceful, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
Pair this wine with classic Tuscan dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar ragu or grilled lamb chops seasoned with rosemary. It also complements hard cheeses like pecorino. Together, they create an unforgettable dining experience.
