Campari Cask Tales Bourbon Barrel
A special edition of the world famous Italian bitter to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Davide Campari’s birth. Releasing three unique expressions to commemorate the occasion; finishing each in a different cask type. Finishing this release in second-fill ex Wild Turkey bourbon casks. Hand selected by Master Blender, Bruno Malavasi.
- Campari Cask Tales Bourbon Barrel has a rich, sweet aroma of vanilla and caramel. Intertwined with hints of citrus and delicate herbal notes
- Enhancing the bold, bittersweet flavour of traditional Campari by the smooth, oaky nuances imparted by the bourbon barrel ageing
- Subtle hints of dried fruit and spices add depth and complexity, leading to a long, lingering finish that beautifully balances sweetness and bitterness
Enjoy neat or mix up classic cocktails like the Negroni or create a new cocktail of your own!
