A tribute to tradition and craftsmanship, Calumet Farm 8 Year Old Bourbon is a finely aged expression that reflects the storied legacy of Kentucky bourbon making. This small batch bourbon is crafted from hand-selected barrels aged for a minimum of 8 years, delivering a smooth, full-bodied character that bourbon lovers appreciate.
Expect a rich aroma of toasted oak, warm vanilla, and a hint of caramel. On the palate, it unfolds layers of dark fruit, spice, and a touch of leather, rounded out by a lingering, velvety finish. Bottled at 90 proof, it strikes the perfect balance between strength and sip-ability, making it ideal neat, on the rocks, or in premium cocktails.
