Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. Slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, double-distilled in copper pot stills, and aged for 6 months in charred former-bourbon American oak barrels, it offers an elegant balance of cooked agave sweetness, gentle vanilla, and warm oak spice.
Food Pairing: Grilled chicken tacos, pork carnitas, roasted pork tenderloin, mild cheeses, and fruit tarts.
Tasting Notes : Light golden hue with slow, solid legs and a smooth, medium-bodied texture.
Nose : Vanilla, cinnamon, American white oak, sweet cooked agave, and honey.
Palate : Smooth caramel, cooked agave, vanilla, light citrus, and subtle vegetal undertones.
Finish : Smooth and sweet with notes of chocolate and a hint of toasted coconut.
Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in a snifter glass or over a single large ice cube.
