Cadenhead Chairman's Stock Miltonduff-Glenlivet 17 Year Old is an exceptional independently bottled single malt Scotch whisky from Miltonduff Distillery in Scotland's Speyside region. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in October 2025 at 51.5% ABV, this 17-year-old expression was transferred into a rum barrel in 2020, developing an intriguing balance of tropical fruit, rich sweetness, nutty complexity and warming spice. Selected for Cadenhead's Chairman's Stock collection, it showcases the elegant character of mature Speyside whisky with a distinctive rum-cask influence.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted pork, grilled pineapple, buttery scallops, aged Gouda and toasted almonds. Lemon drizzle cake, salted caramel desserts and almond pastries complement its rich, fruity and nutty character.
Tasting Notes: A layered and expressive Speyside single malt featuring tropical fruit, citrus cake, creamy shortbread, buttery nuts and salted caramel sweetness. Delicate grassy notes and aromatic spices add complexity to its distinctive finish.
Nose: Tinned pineapple, lemon drizzle cake, passionfruit, creamy sweetness and buttery shortbread.
Palate: Rich butter, flaked almonds, salted caramel popcorn and marzipan create a rounded, indulgent flavour profile.
Finish: Distinctive mineral and diesel-like notes mingle with fresh grass, cinnamon and lemongrass, leaving a complex and lingering impression.
