This 10-year-old American whiskey from Bull Run Distillery is a true expression of craftsmanship and local character. Aged for a decade and then meticulously finished in Oregon Pinot Noir casks, this spirit brings together bold oak influence with the nuanced elegance of wine-soaked barrels.
On the nose, expect deep notes of ripe cherry, vanilla, and toasted caramel. The palate is smooth yet complex, balancing warm spice, dark berries, and a hint of red wine tannin. The Pinot Noir finish lends a silky, fruit-forward edge that makes this whiskey stand out in any collection.
Bottled at 750mL, this is a perfect pour for the connoisseur seeking something distinctive, sophisticated, and rooted in the Pacific Northwest.
