What flavors are included in this decaf assortment?
The pack combines several distinct decaffeinated roasts to suit changing tastes: a fuller-bodied option, a nut-forward profile, and a smoother creamy roast. Flavors are blended to highlight different tasting notes while keeping the caffeine removed.
- Full-bodied decaf with rich roast character for those who like depth
- Nutty decaf roast presenting toasted almond or hazelnut undertones
- Creamy/medium decaf offering mild sweetness and smoother finish
- Forty individually sealed pods to sample multiple cups without waste
Will these pods work in my Keurig machine, including 2.0 models?
Yes—Brooklyn Beans pods are manufactured to be compatible with Keurig K-Cup style brewers, including Keurig 2.0. They fit the single-serve pod cradle and are ready for one-step brewing, so you can get a cup fast with standard Keurig settings.
- Designed for K-Cup compatible Keurig machines, including 2.0
- Pre-measured pods for consistent extraction and cup strength
- Works with common brew sizes: 6, 8, and 10 oz (depending on machine)
- Individually sealed pods help preserve freshness between brews
How does the decaffeination affect flavor and freshness?
Decaffeination removes caffeine but preserves much of the coffee’s natural oils and flavor compounds, so these pods maintain noticeable aroma and taste. Brooklyn Beans focuses on roasting and sealing immediately to lock in the nuanced notes that make each decaf cup enjoyable.
- Decaf processing selected to retain aroma and body
- Freshly roasted profile before pod filling for better flavor
- Individually sealed pods protect against staleness and oxidation
- Balanced roast levels to showcase flavor without bitterness
How should I brew these pods for the best cup?
Use your Keurig’s recommended settings and select a brew size that matches how concentrated you like your coffee. For a fuller taste, choose a smaller cup setting; for milder flavor, pick a larger brew. Run a brief water-only rinse through the machine occasionally for clean flavor.
- Choose smaller brew sizes for richer extraction (6–8 oz)
- Use fresh filtered water for clearer taste
- Store unopened boxes in a cool, dry place; refrigerate after opening if preferred
- Rinse machine occasionally to avoid flavor carryover between pods
Who is this for: This 40-count Brooklyn Beans Assorted Decaf Variety Pack suits anyone who loves the convenience of single-serve coffee but prefers little to no caffeine—night-shift workers, expectant parents, evening coffee drinkers, or households with varying taste preferences. It’s ideal for Keurig owners seeking consistent, ready-to-brew decaf options that deliver a range of roast profiles without the caffeine buzz.
