The World's First Sealed Double Wall Glass Dripper The Brewista Tornado Duo isn't just another pour over dripper - it's a genuine leap forward in brewing technology. As the world's first sealed double wall glass dripper and winner of the iF Design Award 2023, it combines precision engineering with a striking design that looks just as good on your countertop as it performs in the cup. Unlike plastic alternatives, the borosilicate glass body won't degrade over time or absorb stale flavors, so every brew tastes exactly as it should.
18-Rib Design for More Controlled, Flavorful Extraction At the heart of the Tornado Duo is its signature 18-rib interior - a tornado-like spiral that slows water flow from the top, gradually accelerating as it funnels down toward a swift, clean drawdown. This controlled flow gives you greater contact time between water and grounds, letting you experiment with finer grind settings to unlock more nuanced, full-bodied flavors. The steeper cone angle and taller brew column mean more of your grounds are working for you with every pour.
Heat Retention That Works, Built to Last The sealed double wall uses air as a highly effective insulator, keeping brewing temperatures stable throughout your pour over without burning your hands. Available in 1–2 and 3–4 cup sizes, the Tornado Duo is compatible with standard #1 and #4 cone filters (including V60-style filters), and is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup - though hand washing is recommended to preserve its signature gold accent finish.
