Flavor, brewing & the story behind this coffee
Step back to a simpler time with Firehouse Coffee General Store Coffee™ Decaf Brazil, inspired by the historic country general store that once stood on the very property where Firehouse Coffee roasts today. Long before our roastery opened, neighbors gathered here to share stories, catch up on local news, and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Today, we're proud to continue that tradition.
Our premium Brazilian coffee beans are decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process, preserving the coffee's natural flavor and aroma while removing 99.9% of the caffeine. The result is a smooth medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and a naturally sweet finish, delivering the rich taste of Brazilian coffee without sacrificing quality.
Freshly roasted in small batches and available in whole bean or ground, General Store Coffee is perfect for evening relaxation or anyone seeking exceptional decaf coffee with the same bold flavor Firehouse Coffee is known for.
