Mellow and Sugary with notes of Praline and Roasted Chestnut.
Origin: This exceptional coffee originates from the Campo das Vertentes region in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Nestled at an altitude range of 900 to 1300 meters, this region benefits from fertile soils, abundant water, and a unique microclimate ideal for cultivating high-quality arabica coffee.
About the Region: Campo das Vertentes, meaning "watershed fields," is celebrated for its rich coffee heritage dating back to the 19th century. With mild temperatures, dry winters, and a broad temperature range during harvest, this area ensures optimal conditions for slow coffee maturation, enhancing flavor complexity. The region is now protected under a geographical indication, ensuring its distinctiveness and quality.
