Booths The Original Finest is a London-style dry gin built on juniper and a supporting cast of botanicals, then given time in sherry casks at 43% ABV. The cask stage layers in light oak and a quiet sherry note without covering the gin's dry, botanical core.
The result is a 750 ml bottling that finishes dry and clean, with enough depth to hold its own in classic gin drinks while giving more inventive cocktails an extra dimension to work with.
