About Blackbird:
Blackbird Cigar Co., founded in 2016 by master blender Jonas Santana and his brother, is a boutique cigar brand that brings a fresh, modern flair to the premium cigar market. Operating out of its own factory in the Dominican Republic and headquartered in Hialeah, Florida, Blackbird crafts cigars that are as visually striking as they are flavorful. Each cigar line is named after a bird species, such as Crow, Rook, Jackdaw, Finch, Cuco, and Unkind, reflecting the unique characteristics of each blend. Known for their vibrant packaging and consistent quality, Blackbird cigars are designed to appeal to both new and seasoned smokers alike. In 2024, the company expanded its core line with the introduction of "Superb," featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and offering a medium-bodied profile with notes of nutmeg, cedar, and white pepper. This addition underscores Blackbird's commitment to innovation and excellence in the cigar industry.
