From great explorations come great discoveries—and Blackstrap Bitters might be Bittercube’s most adventurous find yet. Inspired by the early cocktail era and the powerful roles Caribbean rum and American whiskey played in shaping it, these bitters marry the two spirits into a dark, smoky, slightly spicy profile that’s completely unforgettable.
Crafted by Bittercube, Blackstrap Bitters are slow-crafted using high-proof whiskey—not just as a solvent, but as a full-on flavor partner. The result? A full-bodied, earthy bitter that adds depth, drama, and aroma to everything it touches.
