Big Foot Himalaya Salt Candy (Actiwhoosh Mints) are bite-sized sweet-salty-minty lozenges made with Himalayan salt to refresh and help you recover fluid balance after exercise or on hot days.
These compact mints combine Himalayan pink salt with a cool mint finish for a quick, flavorful way to rehydrate and refresh. Each box contains twelve 15 g packs, designed to be carried in a gym bag, backpack, or pocket so you can grab a single-serving boost when you need it. The taste blends sweet, salty, and minty notes to offer a distinct alternative to plain water or sugary sports drinks.
How do these mints help after a workout?
After vigorous activity you can lose electrolytes and feel dehydrated; the salt content in these mints offers a fast, palatable way to replace some sodium while the mint soothes and the sweetness restores flavor balance. They’re intended as a convenient adjunct to fluids — not a replacement for full electrolyte drinks when needed.
- Contains Himalayan salt to provide sodium for quick taste-based replenishment
- Compact single-serve packs for use immediately post-exercise
- Minty finish helps calm dry mouth and leaves a fresh sensation
- Sweet and salty profile encourages consumption when plain water feels bland
When is the best time to use a pack of Big Foot Actiwhoosh Mints?
These candies are ideal any time you want a rapid taste-based refresh: after a short run or gym session, during outdoor labor, or on sweltering days. They work well between meals or during travel when a quick flavor lift and minor sodium intake are useful.
- Immediately after short to moderate workouts or outdoor activity
- On hot or humid days to encourage drinking and provide a salty taste
- During long commutes or flights to counteract dry mouth
- As a pocket-sized pick-me-up for quick flavor recovery
What’s inside each box and how should I store them?
Each box contains twelve individual 15 g packs, making it easy to portion and carry. Store the packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve flavor and texture; refrigeration isn’t necessary. Keep out of reach of small children unless supervised.
- Box contents: 12 packs × 15 g per pack
- Room-temperature storage in a dry spot recommended
- Single-serve packs reduce waste and simplify sharing
- Check the pack label for any allergen or ingredient notes
