Bérêche & Fils Cramant Grand Cru is an exquisite, single-terroir Blanc de Blancs grower Champagne sourced from old Chardonnay vines planted in the prestigious Grand Cru village of Cramant. Vinified with natural yeasts in oak barrels and aged extensively on its lees before disgorgement with a low Extra Brut dosage, this cuvée offers complex aromas of hawthorn, lemon zest, yellow orchard fruit, dried flowers, and crushed chalk. On the palate, it is creamy, precise, and intensely structured, driven by vibrant acidity, refined mousse, and a long, saline, chalk-driven mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with raw oysters, pan-seared sea scallops, lobster tail with lemon butter, poached turbot, king crab legs, and aged Comté cheese.
