What Makes It Special
No two releases of Rickhouse Proof will ever be exactly the same - each batch reflects the unique characteristics of the barrels selected and the proof at which they were yielded. However, every bottle shares one important commonality: full proof, full flavor. By bottling at barrel strength without dilution, this bourbon retains all the natural oils, flavors, and character that can be lost during standard bottling processes.
The original Holladay rickhouses have been aging bourbon for generations, and their unique environment contributes to the distinctive character of each barrel. This is bourbon for enthusiasts who appreciate the raw power and complexity of barrel-proof whiskey, offering the flexibility to enjoy it neat for maximum impact or add water to customize the strength to your preference.
