Most rum blends play it safe. Barrell Craft Spirits meticulously sources extraordinary rums from Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, and Guyana, ranging from three to twenty-one years old. They married this vibrant pan-Caribbean spirit and rested it inside a luscious French Sauternes wine cask, yielding a wildly complex profile that hums with energy. The result is staggeringly intricate.
You rarely find this much character concentrated into a single glass. Honestly, it's a completely unapologetic pour. Bottled at a fierce 130.78 proof, J756 commands your full attention immediately. Every single sip reveals the meticulous blending process that perfectly balances heavy pot-still funk with bright, acidic undertones from the dessert-wine barrel.
