Description/Winemaker's Notes
A great vintage for cool climate Chardonnay. This wine was harvested early in the season to maintain freshness and acidity. Eight months of oak aging gives it texture and a fuller body that balances the bright fruit.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, it has notes of caramel and spice that perfectly complement its stone fruit. Bright green apple and peach, with a roundness from the barrel aging on the palate. There is a balanced acid finish that cleanses the palate.
Pairing Suggestions
Grilled peaches with pork medallions, chicken Caesar salad, and butternut squash.
