Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series 2026 Straight Bourbon Whiskey brings together 7-, 10-, and 11-year-old straight bourbons from Kentucky, blended for depth before a four-month finish in rare custom Garryana oak from Oregon. Bottled at 112.8 proof (56.4% ABV), this limited release showcases a distinctive Pacific Northwest influence.
Toasted oak and burnt sugar lead into baked apple cobbler, dried cherry, caramelized fruit, and cinnamon bark, with structured oak spice building across the palate. The finish is long and warming, leaving dark sweetness, cinnamon, and toasted Garryana character. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water to open its layered profile.
