Aviation Cranberry & Blood Orange Gin is a seasonally flavored expression of the Aviation American Gin base — real cranberry and blood orange flavors over the standard Aviation proprietary botanical recipe, adding a tart, citrus-forward character suited to festive and seasonal cocktails while maintaining the smooth, balanced gin foundation that the core expression is known for.
Aviation's flavored expressions build on the distillery's American gin recipe — lavender, cardamom, coriander, anise, sarsaparilla, juniper, and citrus — rather than starting from a neutral spirit base as many flavored gins do. The cranberry contributes bold tart berry character; the blood orange adds the distinct bitter citrus brightness of blood orange versus standard orange, with deeper red fruit notes and more complexity than regular orange flavoring. At 42% ABV, it retains the structure of a full-proof gin while the flavors work in cocktails or over ice. Designed for gin and tonics, spritzes, and citrus-forward seasonal builds.
