It seems as though every cigar to come out of the Tabacalera Fernandez factory ends up on someone’s Top 10 list and the Ave Maria Immaculata is leading the way. This rich, but mellow bodied cigar is one that should not be missed!
The Ave Maria Immaculata Gordo begins with a super lush blend using Nicaraguan Ligero, Nicaraguan Viso and Honduran Viso tobaccos. A Nicaraguan Habano binder is added and then comes a gorgeous Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper. The solid 6” x 60 Immaculata Gordo is as a prime example of masterful cigar craftsmanship having a perfect draw and pristine ash emerging from an even burn.
The flavors that emerge from the beautifully constructed Gordo include tasty spice, wood and toasted nuts. Tailing these flavors is a soft cream undertone with just a hint of coffee bean. The flavor explodes onto the palate, yet the texture remains amazingly smooth and composed. The Ave Maria Immaculata Gordo will prove a most delicious excursion for beyond an hour.
The effortless draw through this big boy delivers tons of taste in a medium-bodied format that is accessible to one and all. The Ave Maria Immaculata is a super-charged Connecticut cigar that deserves to be enjoyed in relaxed moments during any part of the day.
