Discover a whiskey as unique as your fingerprint with Buckner’s 15-Year-Old Single Barrel Bourbon! Handpicked by The Prime Barrel during its inaugural visit to Augusta Distillery, this exceptional barrel—bottled shy of 16 years—delivers a one-of-a-kind taste you won’t find anywhere else. Crafted from a rare BuffTurkey lot, distilled in Frankfort, KY in March 2009 using the iconic Wild Turkey mashbill (75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley), this 120.9-proof gem blends Kentucky tradition with unparalleled character. The pick's name is“Winged Wildebeest,” which refers to the source of the distillate and the potent proof at which it was bottled.
Unravel the mystery of this barrel’s origins—shrouded by a non-disclosure agreement—and savor its rich, complex profile. The nose entices with cherry, vanilla, brown sugar, toffee, and cedar shavings, pulling you into a palate that explodes with a quick peppercorn snap. Then, it unfurls into warm baking spices, toasted caramel, burnt brown sugar, dried cherry, and aged oak. A long, luxurious finish wraps it up with lingering leather and heavily toasted oak notes, leaving you craving another sip.
Named for Captain Philip Buckner, a Revolutionary War hero and Kentucky pioneer, this full-bodied bourbon honors a legacy of boldness and craftsmanship. Aged to perfection for 15 years and 11 months, its low-yield barrel means only a handful of bottles exist—making it a true collector’s treasure. Don’t miss your chance to own this limited-release stunner. Order Buckner’s 15-Year Single Barrel Bourbon now before it vanishes into whiskey lore!
