ArteNom Seleccion de 1146 Añejo is a refined tequila from ArteNOM. The brand is known for picking exceptional tequilas from top distilleries. This añejo tequila comes from Casa Tequileña, distillery NOM 1146. Its 100% blue agave comes from the Jalisco highlands in Mexico.
It comes in a classic 750ml bottle. The tequila first ages about 14 months in French oak barrels that once held Cabernet Franc wine. It then spends about 14 more months in American oak. This long rest builds a rich, complex flavor. Expect caramel, vanilla, oak and gentle spice. The texture is velvety and smooth, with a long, satisfying finish.
Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or in premium cocktails. ArteNom Seleccion de 1146 Añejo makes for a memorable pour. It shows the art and skill of Mexican tequila making.
