Introduction
Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon Premium is a non alcoholic red wine from the United States, produced in California's Central Coast region. The winery was a pioneer in the American non alcoholic market, established under J. Lohr's sustainably farmed estate vineyards to provide high quality alternatives to traditional wines. Ariel employs a proprietary cold filtration and reverse osmosis process to remove alcohol while preserving the natural flavors and textures of the grapes.
Wine Description
This premium red wine presents a deep ruby or red hue with a full bodied structure that mimics traditional California Cabernet. The aroma is rich and inviting, offering scents of blackcurrants, cherries, blueberries, and chocolate, complemented by a hint of toasty oak and black pepper. On the palate, it delivers smooth, layered fruit flavors with a dry finish and soft tannins that provide a refined and clean texture. The 2021 vintage is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon varietal composition that is matured in oak barrels prior to dealcoholization. It has an alcohol content of less than 0.5% ABV and contains approximately 52 calories per 240 ml (8 oz) serving. While the winery practices sustainable viticulture, this specific wine is not certified organic. The optimal drinking window is generally within 1 to 2 years of the vintage to maintain its fresh fruit profile.
