Tasting notes: Hassaku citrus, Orange blossom, Papaya
Three years after our first encounter with Marcelina’s incredibly sweet, floral Bourbon, we are thrilled to welcome her coffee back to our lineup. This lot is a masterclass in what a Peruvian Bourbon should be. It strikes a rare balance, offering a thick, silky mouthfeel alongside the vibrant acidity typically found in the region's finest samples. While classic in its washed processing, it surprises with an elevated floral clarity.
Expect a bright opening of Hassaku citrus and orange blossom , maturing into a lingering papaya sweetness that defines its generous character.
