Antinori Cervaro Della Sala
The Antinori family have been producing wine in Tuscany for six centuries. They have been exporting wine for four years. That’s twenty-six generations of uninterrupted family ownership.
The first recorded mention of the family dates from 1188, when they worked in the silk trade. They moved to Florence in the early thirteenth century. Remaining central figures in the fabric of the city, Piazza Antinori is the square in the historic centre where their offices are located.
- It is elegant on the palate and extremely savoury, crisp, and vibrant
- The delicate toasty sensations of the oak barrels blend harmoniously with the structure of the wine. Fully bringing out the notes of both tropical and citrus fruit
- This will need a year or two in the cellar but is poised to be a great crowd pleaser
A fantastic accompaniment to grilled salmon or creamy cheeses such as Camembert.
