Anthony's Organic Strawberry Powder is purely ground freeze-dried strawberries in a convenient 12 oz jar — no sugars, no additives, just bright strawberry flavor you can stir into recipes.
Harvested from organic fruit and transformed by freeze-drying and gentle milling, this lightweight powder captures strawberry aroma, color, and natural taste without added sweeteners or preservatives. Its long shelf life and fine texture make it a pantry-ready way to boost smoothies, baked goods, beverages, yogurt, oatmeal, sauces, and more with real fruit rather than extracts or artificial coloring.
How will this powder change my smoothies and drinks?
Anthony's freeze-dried strawberry powder blends smoothly and disperses color and flavor quickly, so you get consistent strawberry presence without diluting your drink. Because the fruit is dehydrated and milled, it mixes easily into cold or room-temperature liquids and won’t add extra water content.
- Use one to two tablespoons per 12-ounce smoothie for noticeable flavor and color.
- Dissolves evenly in protein shakes, nut milks, iced lattes, and mocktails.
- No sugar added means you control the sweetness level with your preferred sweetener.
Can I use this powder in baking and desserts?
Yes — the powder is ideal for incorporating strawberry flavor and hue into cakes, cookies, frostings, and no-bake desserts without changing batter hydration. It’s especially useful when you want a concentrated natural fruit taste or to avoid soggy fillings that fresh berries can create.
- Stir into dry mixes or rehydrate slightly for jams and glazes.
- Add to icings and buttercreams for natural color and flavor without liquid.
- Fold into cheesecake bases, mousse, or panna cotta for a fruit-forward profile.
What makes freeze-dried strawberry powder different from freeze-dried pieces or extracts?
Freeze-dried powder is finely ground for immediate dispersion and uniformity, whereas freeze-dried pieces add texture and extracts concentrate flavor while often lacking color or whole-fruit fiber. Anthony’s product preserves the strawberry’s aroma and pigments in a dry, shelf-stable form that’s easier to measure and blend.
- Powder form mixes evenly; pieces are better for topping or texture.
- No added sugars or carriers common in some extracts or fruit powders.
- Retains natural pigments for vibrant color in culinary applications.
How should I store and measure this strawberry powder?
Keep the jar sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve color and flavor. Because the powder is concentrated, a little goes a long way — measure by tablespoons or teaspoons depending on intensity desired.
- Reseal tightly after each use to avoid moisture clumping.
- A 12 oz container yields many servings; use ½–2 tbsp per serving based on recipe.
- For rehydration, mix powder with a small amount of water until paste-like, then fold into recipes.
Who is this for: Anthony's Organic Strawberry Powder suits home cooks, bakers, smoothie lovers, and food makers who want authentic strawberry flavor, vivid natural color, and the convenience of a shelf-stable ingredient. It’s a practical choice for people avoiding added sugars, following gluten-free or vegan diets, and anyone seeking to add real fruit to recipes without refrigeration or messy fresh berries.
