The 2024 Domaine Anita Chenas Cuvee P'tit Co Les Brureaux is a red wine from the Beaujolais region within the Burgundy area of France, specifically from the Chenas appellation. It is crafted from the Gamay grape, a varietal known for producing wines with bright fruit flavors and a refreshing acidity.
This wine is characterized by vibrant red fruit notes, including cherries and raspberries, along with floral undertones. This Gamay has a light to medium body and typically lower tannins compared to other red varietals, making for an approachable and versatile red for pairing with a variety of dishes.
93 Points - James Suckling
This shows what was possible in the challenging 2024 vintage. Very youthful, energetic and crisp with a healthy core of moderately dry tannins. The pronounced minerality is as striking as the abundant black-cherry and wild-blackberry aromas. The long, slightly sappy finish has excellent intensity. Drink from release.
