Angel's Envy 10 Year Old Cask Strength 2025 is a monumental, limited-edition release that commemorates the distillery's 15th anniversary. Serving as Angel's Envy's first-ever age-stated cask strength bourbon, this expression represents a historic milestone for the brand. The whiskey undergoes a cumulative 10-year maturation journey, beginning its life in charred new American white oak barrels before undergoing a secondary finishing period in hand-selected ruby port wine casks. Bottled non-chill filtered at an intense, uncut 122.6 proof, it delivers an incredibly robust, decadent, and layered profile. The nose introduces sweet cinnamon toast, creamy fruit nougat, and candied nuts. On the palate, a rich wave of baklava transitions into ripe apricot, crème brûlée, cognac, and dark fruit syrup, concluding with a long, warming finish of rum raisin cake, tannic grape notes, and balanced oak spice.
Food Pairing: Pairs with prime ribeye steak, mature blue cheese, dark chocolate lava cake, or sticky toffee pudding.
