Crafted in the heart of Oaxaca, Alipus San Andres Mezcal is a premium artisanal spirit that reflects generations of mezcal-making tradition. Distilled from 100% Espadín agave grown in the high-altitude region of San Andrés, this mezcal delivers a smooth yet complex profile that both connoisseurs and newcomers can appreciate.
On the nose, it opens with subtle notes of roasted agave, fresh herbs, and a gentle smokiness. The palate is rich and balanced, with layers of citrus, earthy minerality, and a touch of spice, all carried by a silky texture. The finish lingers with a warm smokiness, making each sip memorable.
Handmade in small batches using traditional pit ovens, stone mills (tahona), and copper pot stills, Alipus San Andres is a true expression of terroir and craftsmanship. Whether enjoyed neat, over ice, or as the base of a refined cocktail, this mezcal embodies authenticity and artistry.
