The New World Puro Especial is a masterful creation by AJ Fernandez and his father, Ismael, developed over several years using premium tobaccos grown exclusively on Fernandez-owned farms in Nicaragua. Each tobacco leaf used in this blend has been carefully aged for three to five years, ensuring a rich and refined smoking experience. To enhance its complexity, the wrapper, binder, and filler are sourced from different farms, contributing unique flavors, aromas, and mineral characteristics to the cigar.
While AJ Fernandez is renowned for his bold, full-bodied cigars, the New World Puro Especial delivers a more medium-bodied profile, making it an exceptional addition to his portfolio. Originally released in limited quantities, AJ was so impressed with this blend that he decided to make it widely available. Smokers can look forward to a perfectly balanced cigar with notes of roasted nuts and a subtle, sweet finish—truly a standout in any collection.
