The Fernandez family, with AJ Fernandez leading the charge, have become world-renown for delivering some of the most voluptuous smokes on the market today. And perhaps none showcase the delectable qualities of tobaccos from the esteemed family’s farms than the AJ Fernandez New World Puro Especial Robusto.
This eye-catching 5 ½” x 52 stick is crafted around luscious Nicaraguan filler tobaccos from Fernandez-owned farms in and around Esteli, with each offering its own unique character. A Nicaraguan Habano binder leaf and a superb Nicaraguan Criollo 98 wrapper leaf complete the savory 50 minute or so smoke.
Each tobacco has been aged 3 to 5 years and it definitely shows up in the beautifully balanced medium-bodied experience which offers up a delightful mixture of earth, nut, spice and natural tobaccos flavors that ease through a sweet and satisfying finish, making for a great “anytime, anywhere” smoke.
Another amazing creation from AJ Fernandez that perfectly complements the other smokes in the series, New World and New World Connecticut, the New World Puro Especial Robusto is the classic Nicaraguan Puro reimagined for a new generation. A top humidor selection for one and all.
