AJ Fernandez and his father Ismael's original New World line of cigars took the World by storm, garnering awards at every turn. So how would they follow up all of that success? With an equally magnificent cigar: The New World Connecticut. Balanced and smooth with immense flavor, the New World Connecticut Robusto might just be the ultimate Connecticut-wrapped cigar.
The New World Connecticut Robusto is a beautifully crafted 5.0" x 50 cigar that is built around a core of lively Nicaraguan and Brazilian filler tobaccos which are held together by a thick and spicy Mexican San Andres binder leaf. A supple Connecticut Shade wrapper leaf surrounds it all to create a glorious 45 minute or so smoke.
Once the New World Connecticut Robusto is underway, well-developed wood, leather, nut and spice flavors enrapture the senses while hints of sweet cream flow endlessly throughout. The medium-bodied journey concludes with a rich and lasting finale that will delight one and all to no end.
The New World Connecticut Robusto is available in boxes of 20 cigars and should be considered a stunning choice as an everyday smoke for cigar aficionados from one end of the spectrum to the other. Delicious, satisfying and unique in every way, the New World Connecticut Robusto is a true humidor classic.
