Acrobat Pinot Gris Oregon 2024 is made from 100% Pinot Gris grown in Oregon and bottled in a 750 mL format at 13.5% ABV / 27 proof. Acrobat’s 2024 technical material explains that grapes were pressed immediately after picking with a mobile press, limiting skin contact and helping preserve freshness. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures and aged in stainless steel, keeping the focus on the variety’s fruit and acidity rather than oak. The exact SGProof item and source UPC identify the 2024 consumer unit.
The winery describes the 2024 Pinot Gris as refreshing and approachable, with flavors of pear, guava, and honeydew melon joined by a touch of minerality. Bright acidity lifts its medium-bodied profile and carries energy through the finish. Acrobat’s vintage notes describe a cool, wet Oregon spring followed by summer heat and a long ripening window before harvest. Together, immediate pressing, cool fermentation, and stainless-steel aging frame a clean expression of Oregon Pinot Gris with fresh fruit, mineral detail, and a bright finish.
