Nose: The nose of the 1731 Fine & Rare Single Origin 6 Year Old Panama Rum is rich and inviting, with aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, complemented by hints of vanilla and caramel. There is also a subtle undertone of oak, adding depth to the overall bouquet.
Taste: On the palate, this rum delivers a smooth and velvety experience. The initial taste is sweet, with flavors of caramelized sugar and toffee, followed by a burst of tropical fruitiness. The oak influence becomes more pronounced, bringing forth notes of toasted coconut and a touch of spice.
Palate: The palate of this Panama Rum is well-balanced and complex. The sweetness from the caramel and tropical fruits is beautifully counterbalanced by the oak and spice, creating a harmonious interplay of flavors. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering warmth and a touch of vanilla on the tongue.
